Dublin Side Track – Event Design

For Dublin Side Track (Nov 2025), a project by Solana Superteam Ireland in collaboration with Dogpatch Labs, I worked as the Art Director and Graphic Designer for the entire event. My goal was to create a modern visual identity and brand identity that matched the spirit of the Web3 and blockchain community in Dublin.

My Role: Art Director and Graphic Designer

The creative direction was inspired by the Cypherpunk movement, a group of early internet builders who believed in privacy, cryptography, open-source technology, and digital freedom. Their ideas strongly influenced today’s decentralization values in the Solana ecosystem, so this theme became the foundation for the event’s whole creative direction.

As part of the event design process, I created a full set of materials, including:

• Access cards and badges
• Visual elements and decoration for the venue
• Event booklets and printed materials to presents the projects
• Slides for speaker presentations
• QR-code signs and small information cards
• Content for Social Channels: Graphics, Videos and Pictures

I was also responsible for the content creation during the event by recording video on-site. The video editing was done by Adrià Mussol, who transformed the footage into a dynamic recap of the day. This was the result:

To bring the full project to life, I used a mix of design and motion tools:

Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and MidJourney.

This project allowed me to combine art direction, graphic design, event production, and motion graphics, creating an experience that felt fresh, bold, and true to the Cypherpunk vision behind the Web3 community.
