B2B Fintech Video

Motion video

Intro

Yuno needed a motion video to introduce their new Agentic Commerce product. Sales conversations, investor decks, platform demos. One minute to explain a technically complex product to people with no patience for complexity.

I was the only designer on the project. Concept, storyboard, design, and animation entirely by me. Produced in After Effects and launched January 2026.

The Brief

The product team provided the key screens and the core message. My job was to turn that into something people would actually watch. One minute. Clear progression. No wasted frames. The audience: B2B decision-makers who understand payments and expect precision.

Moodboard

Before touching After Effects I defined the visual language: dark background, electric blue as the primary accent, UI elements treated as the hero. Cinematic but functional. References approved before any production began.

Storyboard

Ten panels. Every scene mapped with timing, transitions, and on-screen content. The storyboard was signed off before a single frame was animated. That is not a formality. It is how you avoid rebuilding scenes at 80% complete.

Styleframes

Three key frames locking the composition, colour, and motion language for each major scene. The particle sphere opening. The product UI reveal. The closing logo lock-up. Every visual decision fixed here first.

The Video

Final animation produced entirely in After Effects. Concept, storyboard, design, and animation by Lucía López-Viejo. Launched January 2026 for B2B sales and investor contexts.

Motion is not decoration. It is the brief, the decisions made before the timeline, and the discipline to stick to them.
