For nine months I worked as Lead Content and Senior Graphic Designer at Superteam Ireland, where I built the brand identity, content strategy, and creative direction from zero.

I produced all visual communication for the community: social media design, event, promotional videos, motion graphics, access cards, presentations, and full visual identity guidelines. I also worked as the main filmmaker and photographer, recording all events, capturing interviews, producing highlight videos, and documenting every activity for marketing and partnerships.

My Role: Lead Content and Graphic Designer

In my role I created the complete brand identity system for Superteam Ireland, designing colours, videos, layouts, social templates, event branding, signage, and printed materials, as well as producing all daily social media content for LinkedIn and X to shape the voice and visual style of the community.

As the lead filmmaker and photographer, I recorded every event, captured interviews and community moments, produced recap videos, and delivered high-quality event coverage for marketing and partnerships. I also developed motion graphics and digital storytelling pieces to announce events, explain complex topics, and promote activities in a dynamic and accessible way.

In addition, I led content direction and freelancer coordination, planning content calendars, creating concepts, managing briefs, and supervising external talent to ensure consistent quality across all creative outputs.

Goals & Impact

My creative work directly contributed to the fast growth of the Irish Web3 community:

• The community grew from 0 to 45 official members. More than 1,400 unique attendees participated in our events.
  
  
• We organised 70+ events in 9 months: workshops, panel discussions, roundtables, investor dinners, student activations, and founders meetups.
  
  
• 46+ projects from Ireland were submitted to the biggest Web3 business competition in the world Colosseum - Cypherpunk Edition.
  
  
• We created strong institutional connections and collaborations across the ecosystem

All design, content, photography, and video production followed a clear visual communication system that I built from scratch, helping the brand appear professional, consistent, and energetic.
